The organization is in a position to accept a number of major new appointments each year. It would look with interest on major liquidations, receiverships or trusteeships that involve the management or resolution of complex situations. Projects will be considered in any location.

Additionally, from time to time, the firm has accepted short-term missions on behalf of varied clients, primarily to deal with merger or acquisition opportunities, and to advise on particular banking issues or provide litigation support.
