merger and acquisition activities. We have guided corporate clients
in acquisition matters. We have been intermediaries between banks
seeking merger with other institutions. We have managed the sale
of financial institutions and industrial enterprises. We have
been advisors to law firms and litigants regarding domestic and
international banking matters. We have advised government entities
on money laundering and asset forfeiture issues.
