the Federal Trade Commission won a $37.5 million verdict against
Kenneth H. Taves, J. K. Publications, Inc, MJD Service Corporation,
and Discrete Bill, Inc., who were charged with running an illegal
billing scam. Robb Evans and Associates continues as the Permanent
Receiver in this matter. If you wish to record a potential claim
