REA principals have provided litigation advice and expert testimony in banking and financial institution related appointments. Litigation support has been provided in various areas including:

• Documentary practices regarding international letters of credit.
• Credit standards and lending practices in the banking industry.
• Personnel standards applicable to a bank CEO.

Because of the multiplicity of appointments REA handles in the financial arena, conflicts of interests often preclude participation in litigation support. Although exceptions have been made, the firm rarely considers support in appointments adversary to banks.
