  • United States Federal Trade Commission v. Assail Inc., Infinium, Inc., et al.

    Kyle Kimoto laundered in excess of $3.6 million through various entities for the purpose of paying attorneys fees and to conceal assets. The Receiver brought contempt actions against those operating in concert with Kimoto, and to date, three individuals have been held in contempt of Court and were ordered to return the funds. more information

  • United States Federal Trade Commission v. J.K. Publications, Inc., et al.

    From his $37.5 million credit card fraud, Ken Taves transferred about $23 million to the Cayman Islands and laundered funds through several banks in the Cayman Islands. Of the funds transferred to the Cayman Islands about $7.5 million was further transferred to Vanuatu and $500,000 to Liechtenstein. To date, about $10.6 million has been repatriated from the Caymans. more information

  • United States Federal Trade Commission v. SkyBiz.com, et al.

    Skybiz.com held an offshore bank account of about $29 million. The account in Dublin, Ireland was controlled through a trust in Bermuda. The settlement in this case required that $20 million of the funds frozen by the Receiver be repatriated. more information
