Robb Evans, Trustee for Certain Assets of The United States of America

On the Government’s motion for appointment of a Trustee to receive assets subject to the Preliminary Order of Forfeiture entered on October 19, 2000 (“subject property”), the United States District Court, Eastern District of California, appointed Robb Evans as the Trustee (the “Trustee”) for the purposes of receiving, managing and liquidating the subject property for the protection of the United States.
